• Mexico – Chiapas Region: Rich, fertile highlands at 1200–1750masl. Notes of milk chocolate, cane sugar, and citrus.
• Honduras – Comayagua Region: Mountainous terrain yielding nuanced notes of milk chocolate, almonds, and vanilla.
• Nicaragua – Matagalpa Region: Volcanic soils and cool temperatures producing smooth, nutty flavors with a clean finish.
• Peru – Chanchamayo Region: Andean slopes delivering cacao nibs, roasted almonds, and fresh fruit notes.
• Sumatra – Aceh Tengah Region: World-renowned highlands with bold notes of dark chocolate, stone fruit, and brown sugar.
